Return & Refund Policy

This website is owned and operated by Idlord. Idlord is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Huicong Network Technology Co., Ltd. Shunde Branch. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. We kindly ask that you reach out to us via email at [email protected] before proceeding.

Return & Exchange Conditions

lUnauthorized returns will not be accepted.

lItems must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

lAll items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

lCustomers must utilize a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

Non-returnable Items

lSale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

lItems damaged or lost due to customer handling are non-refundable.

General Return Process

lInitiate a Return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items, along with your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.

lShip the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and specific instructions for shipping your package. Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and a signature, as we are not liable for lost returns.

lRefund or Exchange: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and either issue a refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Charges

lFor returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products), a full refund will be issued.

lIf the return results from buyer-related issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

lNo restocking fees will be charged for returned products.

Refunds

lAfter inspecting your return, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

lIf you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to post. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at [email protected].

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

lOrders can be canceled if you contact us promptly after your purchase, provided that payment has been processed and the parcel has not yet shipped. We will refund the full amount.

lOnce the parcel has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
